Elspeth Lodge is a storyteller who believes in the power of narrative to shape the past, enrich the present, and open what is possible in the future. Stories illuminate what we fear, long for, and carry with us — and in doing so, they invite us to see ourselves and one another more clearly. She understands that a thoughtfully crafted story can inspire reflection, deepen connection, and spark transformation for both the teller and the receiver.

With experience in journalism both nationally and internationally, and in marketing and sales for publications such as Outdoor Life and Field & Stream, she brings a nuanced understanding of how stories move through the world. Elspeth holds a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Wheaton College (MA), grounding her work in both craft and inquiry.

When not approaching narrative through reporting, analysis, or editorial work, Elspeth runs her creative business Elspeth Lodge Art, and is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT-500), credentialed through Yoga Alliance — weaving storytelling, visual expression, and embodied practice into a holistic approach to human experience.

She seeks to guide others in shaping stories that reflect who they are — and who they may yet become.
